From my years of work as a Physical Therapist, I have come to believe in a hands-on, personalized approach to patient care. I strive to treat my patients the way I would want to be treated; combining proven, evidence-based Physical Therapy with empathy, compassion, and individualized attention at every visit. I enjoy working with patients of all ages, from teens to seniors, and all levels of abilities. As your therapist, I won’t be satisfied until you are satisfied and have met your goals. I am a Board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Direct Access Provider with over 25 years of experience. In short, when we work together, you will be in qualified hands. My focus will be to work with you in order to get you back to your optimal level of function and performance.

Kate Donohue CMA
Kate is a Medical Assistant with experience in multi-practice offices, including Chiropractic Care and Sports Medicine offices. She greets all patients with a smiling face, takes care of the front desk and assists Traci. Kate thoroughly enjoys encouraging patients with their rehab and considers herself a true people person. Creating relationships with patients and watching them successfully reach their therapy goals is what she enjoys most about working at Springfield Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab.
In her spare time, Kate likes to be in the great outdoors- taking advantage of everything it has to offer. She also loves to travel and spend quality time with her family, friends and three dogs.

Kimberly Galante PTA
Kim is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Pennsylvania. Physical Therapy is Kim’s second career following a successful profession in the petrochemical industry. Changes in the Philadelphia industrial scene coupled with a growing family led to her career change– and she couldn’t be happier. Kim loves her new profession because it gives her the opportunity to connect with people, while helping them return to their highest level of prior function. She enjoys engaging with individuals of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Finally, as a person who loves to continuously learn, Kim is constantly striving to improve upon her physical therapy techniques and interventions, or master new ones, in order to help patients’ meet their goals.
